A pic I actually started a few months ago. Two totally different pictures I decided to fuse them together. The yingyang of our favourite elf-man Jak~!
I had actually started with the Light Jak pic first, just doodling on OC1. So I decided to follow him up with Dark jak. It amuses me that Jak's yingyang is coloured purple and white.

Anyway, it took me a while to finally upload this simple because I had no idea how to exactly 'finish' it. I stuck the pics together, gave it a border and then some lame dotted line in the middle to seperate them. It wasn't till recently now that I gave it some fancy-ing so it didn't seem so bare.

I love Light Jak in this.. his wings, the ripples. Okay-- I love Light Jak period X3 ~
I had the right pic tiled as my wallpaper for a short while *fangirl~*

EEK!!!! How I simply ADORE this! The way the two of them have been protrayed side-by-side. And it's not the high-detailed linework that we usually see from you - it's brushstrokes and use of shades instead. ( :heart: ). Dark Jak's pose is just so...beast like - the clawed hand curling as he kneels down. The anatomy structure is wonderful. Light Jak - I ADORE those wings! The bent look and how he's also kneeling, but in a more gentle postion - balancing off the dark side nicely. And pretty ripples too.

Oh, this is so a fave! :heart:

I still love how LightJak came out. His wings are just so unique and they came out best here. *is a nit picker when it comes to those wings* X3 it's scarey when some people draw them like tenticles.

Here's an interesting question: what if it was Jak that got turned into that ferret-like creature (I forgot what they're called) and not Daxter. Just curious, that's all.

Two different monochromatics portraying the complimentary balance for each side -- niiiiiiiice :love: The boarders makes it look elegant, too.

I still don't understand why you think you're not good with digital painting. I like the way you color them, actually; very loose and soft. And I'd kill for knowledge of anatomy like that, especially the legs :drool: their shapes look so REALISTIC.
