The quote is from a sound file she gave me from Jak3. First time I heard it I couldn't stop laughing-- hilarious!
She asked me to draw Jak saying it randomly with boxers on. (Those are ottsels on em X3 not bunnies). Dax is having quite a shock there in the background.
